Primitivo, a native black grape variety of Puglia. It owes its name to the characteristic vegetative phases of the plant, all early, from maturation to budding, from flowering to veraison, from which the old name of "Primaticcio" derives.
Denomination: Salento IGP Primitivo Rosso Vintage: 2021 Color: Ruby red with intense violet reflections. Bouquet: Black cherry, black pepper and dried flowers can be recognized in the bouquet. Taste: Important body with hints of plum and cherry, balanced with a decisive tannic note and a pleasant sensation of freshness. Harmonious and intense with warm mineral tones. Pairing: Excellent to accompany meat dishes (rabbit, veal, lamb) and medium-aged cheeses. Format: 750ml
