This wine takes its name from a property of the estate and when translated it means "little house on the roads". Colloquially, this can also mean "the confusion of ways" by suggesting philosophical reflections on the paths we all take in life.
Aroma : Sweet cherries, crushed flowers and licorice. Varietal composition : Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino and other vines Grape supply : Figline V.no (Florence) Particella district n ° 8, 57 of Mappale N37, SE exposure Vinification : Fermentation in stainless steel Maceration : 2 days at 10c - 4 / 6 days at 28-30c During maceration: 4 open pumping over / day and cap punching 4 times / day Winemaker's notes : Rootstock: 420A-1103 Paulsen-SO4, Guyot training. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 12 months in used barriques and refined in bottle for 6 months.
