Appearance	impenetrable ruby red.
Smell	intense and elegant, fruit in alcohol, dried plums, cocoa.

Perfect with red meats, game, quail, roasts, savory dishes. Excellent pairing with mature and spicy cheeses such as parmesan and pecorino. Great and full-bodied wine for the end of a meal.
