Production area: Sambuca di Sicilia (AG), Sicily. Grapes and Vinification: Merlot, Terre Siciliane IGT. The Malolactic Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, where it rests for a few months before being bottled. Color and Pairing : Intense red, excellent with white meats.
