Vineyard: row, simple guyot, Abruzzo pergola. Harvest: Hand picked, first ten days of October. Vinification: destemming followed by fermentation which will take place in contact with the skins for about ten days. Racking followed by a short aging. Tasting notes: intense red color with purple hues, typical scent of young Montepulciano, good body. Food & wine: veal, pork. Informal dinner, evening with friends.
