Vinification : The harvested grapes are traditionally vinified with a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature. After racking after malolactic fermentation, the wine decants in stainless steel tanks. It ages for a short time in cask.
Color : Intense red with purple reflections.
Nose : Elegant bouquet in which hints of black cherry and wild berries are combined with notes of black pepper, cocoa and balsamic aromas.
Taste : Full-bodied and velvety, with a notable charge and soft tannins, with a persistent and pleasant finish.
