VITTORIO Rosso Veneto IGT 2018 - Terre Gaie

COMPOSITION: Merlot, Corvinona, Turchetta, Pattaresca GRADE: 15% PRODUCTION PROCESS: The grapes harvested strictly by hand are placed in the loft for about 30/35 days, then pressed in steel tanks where it ferments with frequent punching down and pumping over for about 30/35 days. It then rests for 24/30 months in large and small second and third passage barrels. CHARACTERISTICS: Intense purple red wine with violet reflections. Aromas of violets, morello cherries, wild berries, raisins, chocolate and tobacco. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, enveloping and dry. PAIRING: Perfect with main courses of red meats such as braised meats and game. Recommended with great aged cheeses. Excellent as a meditation wine.
