This charming chianti every day takes its name again from a song by Sting - When We Dance. With 95% Sangiovese blended with Canaiolo and Colorino, the alcohol content is 13%. When We Dance is a magnificent ruby red color and has a balanced and soft palate. Perfect to combine with traditional Tuscan recipes.

Varietal composition : Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino Grape supply : Figline V.no (Florence) district Particle N ° 50, 72 of Mappale N ° 27 Particle N ° 8, 47.57 of Mappale N ° 37 Vinification : Fermentation in steel inox Maceration : 2 days at 10c - 4/6 days at 28-30c During maceration: 4 open pumping over / day and 2 cap punching down 2 times / day Winemaker's notes : Rootstock: 420A-1103 Paulsen-SO4, Guyot breeding . Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 6 months in stainless steel and refined in bottle for 3 months.
