Barbera d'Asti DOCG LA SOLISTA 2018 Magnum - La Caudrina
This wine was made from grapes from its own vineyards located in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato , Asti. The vinification was carried out in the traditional way at a temperature of about 24 degrees in contact with the skins for a period ranging from 12 to 15 days. After the alcoholic fermentation it was stored at an optimal temperature (23 ° C) to facilitate the malolactic fermentation. In April of this year La Solista was bottled without any aging in wood.
