Manual selection of the grapes harvested from 20 to 30 October in an ancient 35-year-old vineyard in Controguerra with optimal exposure and low yield. The terroir guarantees these grapes daily temperature ranges which, together with the organic farming techniques used on the farm, emphasize the aromatic sensations typical of Montepulciano grapes. Bakán DOCG represents one of the most satisfying evolutions of our traditional grape varieties.
The vinification of the Torri Bakán red wine from Abruzzo takes place in thermo-conditioned steel vats. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in 50hl wooden barrels for 8/10 months and then refines in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Our Abruzzo red wine needs decanting for a few minutes before being poured into the glass, so it is preferable to organize and uncork it in advance. We advise you to enjoy it together with fragrant cheeses or grilled meats.
