AGE OF THE VINEYARDS From over 100-year-old vines, almost 200 years old.

VINIFICATION After the harvest which takes place in mid-October, the destemming follows and after a maceration of about 10 days it ferments in fiberglass tanks.

TRAINING SYSTEM Espalier

COLOR Intense ruby red with youthful violet hues.

BOUQUET The nose is characterized by aromas of small dark berry fruits, aromas of Mediterranean scrub, undergrowth, spicy, toasted and licorice root scents.

FOOD PAIRING Savory first courses, feathered and furred game, mature cheeses.

TASTE On the palate it has a good structure, a dense and ripe tannic texture, a dense, intense fruit and a closure on fresh, slightly spicy notes.

NOTES Joaquin 's Aglianico I Viaggiatori is an intense red, which comes from the highest quality grapes of centuries-old vineyards. The choice not to use wood during the winemaking and subsequent aging processes preserves the extraordinary varietal aromatic outfit of this noble vine from our southern Italy. The bouquet is very elegant, with aromas of small red berries, notes of undergrowth, spices and toasted hints. The fruit, dense and ripe, makes the sip harmonious and deep, with a great final persistence.
