VINIFICATION Vinification without stalks in concrete tanks with fermentation temperature control. Maceration on the skins for about 10 days and subsequent malolactic fermentation in steel tanks

BOUQUET Intense notes of red berries such as strawberries and raspberry blend with notes of blood orange and spicy notes of white pepper and vanilla.
PAIRINGS Perfect with typical Friulian appetizers, delicate and light meat dishes, spit-roasted meats, feathered game and medium-aged cheeses
TASTE Elegant on the palate, ethereal with an excellent nose / mouth correspondence, a return to the palate with fresh notes of pepper and raspberry that accompany a pleasant drink and a nice persistence
AGING 20% post-malolactic aging in 500-liter wooden barrels and the remaining 80% in non-heat-conditioned cement tanks for about 18 months. Subsequent refinement in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks before bottling
