NOTES Valpolicella Classico is the simplest wine with which the Speri winery tells us about the different facets of the Valpolicella terroir. In fact, in this label the fresh and light sensations dominate both on the nose and on the palate, enhanced by the choice made during the vinification and aging phase, where one opts only for steel and vitrified concrete, leaving the wood aside.
AGING Permanence in steel and vitrified concrete for 4 months. Refinement in the bottle.
