NOTES With the 2020 vintage the product is certified "BIO". The choice of organic originates from the growing awareness of the importance of preserving the environment in which we live, 'organic' is not just an acronym but a modus vivendi that embraces nature and biodiversity, which has always characterized the style of Tenuta Fertuna. 2016 is the starting date of the organic conversion process and it is with the 2020 harvest that the grapes are certified organic. Before embarking on this path, Tenuta Fertuna was already oriented towards sustainability and respect for the environment, in fact since the beginning in the 90s, the company has embraced sustainable choices and limited erosion and water dispersion in the countryside, equipping itself with treatment and recovery plants of the waste water aimed at optimizing recovery in the environment. Organic wines also offer a further advantage as they better protect the health of consumers, a choice aimed at respecting their own well-being as well as that of the environment. To indicate this important transition to organic certification, the labels have undergone a slight restyling, the word 'bio' is shown in addition to the official indications.

AGING Short refinement in the bottle.
