Produced with Montepulciano grapes with a very short contact of the skins in the must from which it derives its characteristic color. Grapes: 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Vinification: Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature (14/16 ° C). Color: Lively and brilliant rosé. Bouquet: Intensely fruity with very fine spiciness. Taste: With a good structure and excellent persistence, it is harmonious, fresh and enveloping.
