The name of "Vins Vermeils" identified wines with colors between rosé and ruby red. The vinification techniques described spoke of maceration for no more than 24 hours in order to define more or less marked colours.

Smell It opens with clear sensations of wild strawberry, currant and hints of raspberry. Floral scent of rose. Sage and thyme for the vegetable part. Citrus and vegetable nuances close the olfactory sensations
Taste Of good intensity with retro-olfactory sensations that highlight the rose and wild strawberry. The delicate tannic texture is pleasant and surprisingly savory. Pleasant persistence and excellent balance (to be tasted again. Pleasantly spiced).
Serving temperature 10/12° C (a little cooler as an aperitif, accompanied with dishes a few degrees more to emphasize the aromas)
Pairings Excellent pairing with Mediterranean cuisine, with preparations based on tomato sauce such as seafood pasta, lake fish.
