Vines 100% Nero di Troia Vinification The harvested grapes are cooled and undergo an immediate soft pressing; fermentation at controlled temperature of 12-15° C in stainless steel vats. Conservation and refinement take place in stainless steel for 4-6 months. Characteristics Pale ruby red colour, vinous bouquet and red fruit such as cherries and raspberries; in the mouth pleasant fresh and balanced.
