PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY Pét Nat indicates a category of "natural" wines also defined as "ancestral" because, as in the very first sparkling wines, at the end of the refermentation the yeasts remain in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES CHA PI is a wine that comes from the union of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the two vines from which the synthesis of the name originates. The RITUAL of turning the bottle upside down allows the most noble part of the yeasts adhering to the bottom to mix with each other, enriching the taste of the wine. They are refreshing and fun wines whose base makes the product opalescent.

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS Excellent with fish, especially raw fish, and with oriental cuisine. You can also dare with fresh goat cheese. Ideal as an aperitif, in summer it can be served very cold.
