POSTA ARIGNANO is the name of the ancient farmhouse that stands in the center of the "Coppanetta" estate where, in ancient times, travelers who crossed the Daunia lands found refreshment and very often also the shepherds in transhumance from nearby Abruzzo. Today the farm is surrounded by about 30 hectares. of vineyards that give rise to most of our labels.

Planted in 1973 with a density of 1,800 plants/ha. Training system "tendone pugliese" Soil: clayey-calcareous soil Yield per hectare: 90 quintals Vinification and ageing: A brief contact of the must with the skins followed by clarification of the must and fermentation at 20°C. TASTING NOTES Colour: Coral pink Bouquet: Pomegranate and violet Taste: Subtle aftertaste of bitter almonds. Pairings: Lobster, salmon, fish soup and white meats. Service temperature: 10°-12°C
