Color: Deep pink with fine and persistent perlage. Perfume: Richly fruity, with clear notes of floral scents reminiscent of linden, wisteria and acacia. Taste: Citrine, with a lean, harmonious body and a dry finish. Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and for cocktails; it goes perfectly with light dishes based on fish or vegetables. Serving temperature: 8/9° C. Alcohol content: 11.5° Sparkling wine: Pink; with a very short stay of the skins in contact with the must in order to obtain the typical colour. Primary fermentation at controlled temperature; with the addition of selected yeasts in an autoclave for about 30 days. Grapes: Black and white selected to obtain a fresh and lively product.
