VINES 100% Sangiovese DESCRIPTION Quercus ilex is the Latin name for holm oak. We have some beautiful specimens growing in the Capezzine Farm, the most majestic is the one right next to our beloved Vinsantaia. We wanted to dedicate a special wine to our Fattoria Capezzine and we could only choose the name of this immense and stimulating tree.
