Production and Vinification The red berried grapes are vinified with contact of the must with the skins for about 24 hours. The must is then fermented at a temperature of 13°C, in order to maximize the olfactory finesse. An aging on the fine lees follows to make the wine more harmonious and persistent to the taste. Characteristics of the wine The wine, of a cherry red colour, has a persistent bouquet of fruits of the undergrowth, raspberry, red currant. The taste is pleasant, round. Suggested pairings It should be served at a temperature of 12-14°C, accompanying delicate first courses and soups, recommended with pizza. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
