Average plant production: 6 kg. Grape yield: 140 quintals, wine 95 hl/ha. Terrain: mainly gravel. Harvest period: 20-Sept. – 20-Oct. Type of wine: Rosé. Vinification: the must obtained by soft pressing of the grapes, after a contact of 24 hours with the skins, at a low temperature, is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.
