Autochthonous of Puglia, it is the main black grape variety of Salento. Its origins are very ancient (VIII century AC ), it probably owes its name to the terms “niger” (Latin) and “mavros” (Greek) which both mean black. The great versatility makes it suitable for all types of winemaking
Appellation: Salento IGP Negroamaro Rosato Vintage: 2022 Colour: Coral pink. Bouquet: Very intense and fragrant with notes of wild berries and cherries. Taste: Dry and soft, with a good balance and accompanied by a persistent freshness given by the marked acidity. Pairing: Aperitif and appetizer wine. Excellent with cold cuts, cheeses, seafood salad, grilled fish. Format: 750 ml 100 available
