Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo has a bright cherry pink color . The nose shows elegant aromas of fresh red fruit and a fine floral note . It has a pleasant, fresh flavor, with a good aromatic persistence . It goes well with fish soups, grilled fish, roasted white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is a rosé wine , produced with the Montepulciano grape in the context of the homonymous DOC (Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC ). The grapes are vinified in white or by limiting the fermentation in the presence of the skins to a few hours. The Speranza Edoardo Farm is located in the mid-hills of Pescara, about 200 meters above sea level, set between the Gran Sasso and the Maiella, in the territory of the municipality of Rosciano in the province of Pescara. For over four generations he has been making wine for himself and for his friends. A tradition made of passion, hard work and good wine. The farm has an extension of 8 hectares of which 5 are vineyards and family-run. Founded in 2006, the whole company has been in organic conversion since 2016.
