Winemaking: the must obtained from soft pressing of the grapes, after a brief contact with the skins at a low temperature (one / two days at 5 ° C), is fermented at a controlled temperature. Fining: in stainless steel tanks. Serving temperature: to be served at an emperature of 12/14 ° C. Nose: intense and pleasantly fruity bouquet, notes of “cerasa” and pomegranate, framed by a precious vanilla note. Pairings: excellent with fish soups, mullets, tomato-based first courses, white meats, semi-aged cheeses, it goes well with pizza. Excelled with shellfish and scampi. View: bright cherry red, with reflections tending to scarlet. Alcoholic content: 13% vol. Taste: very fresh in the mouth thanks to the good acidity, soft and harmonious, there are fruity notes of cherry followed by an almond finish.
