Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey-calcareous.

January / February of the year following the harvest.
Vinification and aging
Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics
Cherry red with bright purple hues. Intense fruity aromas, delicate floral notes and nuances of banana and black cherry. With a good structure, it is soft, fresh and balanced.
Food pairings
Cold cuts, pizza, white meats, grilled vegetables, fish soup, tripe, fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
