AGE OF VINES 11-16 years
VINIFICATION After the harvest, by hand, with scrupulous selection of the bunches, the grapes are vinified for the first 9 months in steel tanks or terracotta amphorae with the use of indigenous yeasts. The second fermentation in the bottle follows with the must of the same grapes, according to the Classic method, for at least 12 months.

COLOR Cloudy appearance, light greenish yellow color. Subtle and delicate perlage typical of sparkling wine.
BOUQUET Fresh and floral, with delicate hints of citrus and aromatic herbs
PAIRINGS To be uncorked at aperitif time with canapés and snacks of various kinds.
TASTE Fresh and light flavor, with notes of white peach and ripe citrus.
NOTES Obtained from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes in steel and amphora with the use of indigenous yeasts. Refermented in the bottle with the must of the same grapes, Sulerba is bottled without microfiltration, for this reason it keeps a good percentage of yeasts in suspension. Not dosed. Not foul. Not filtered.
