Color: intense golden color with green hues. Perfume: Tropical fruit and citrus notes stand out on a very elegant pastry base. Palate: Round, easy to drink thanks to its fine bubbles, with a long taste that with a long taste recalls ripe fruit and fresh pastries.

Description
This Cava is produced with only organic grapes, obtained in full respect of the original varieties and the territory. The production of the first Catalan Cava is closely linked to a date, 1825: This year marks the entry into Spanish territory of the "hundred thousand sons of Sant Louis", i.e. the army that France sent to Spain, in response to the request aid of Ferdinand VII, to restore the absolute monarchy. It is to all intents and purposes a Champagne, produced with the same technique, and was not affected by the phylloxera which created so many problems in the rest of Europe in the 20th century, so it spread just in that period, to make up for the French production. The first definitive denomination dates back to the 1950s, for this wine produced with the traditional classic method. Made with Macabeo grapes, but also with Xareelo and Parellada in other areas, paired with non-native Pinot Noir or Chardonnay.
