TORRI DI CREDAZZO: In the heart of the area, these austere medieval towers tower over the vineyards owned by the Follador family.The grapes of this Cru, which represents the flagship of the Superior category, they come from the family-owned vineyards located in the homonymous locality "Torri di Credazzo". Long Charmat, it offers constant quality and meets the pleasure of even the most demanding palates. Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very fine perlage, elegant on the nose, with hints of apple, peach and rose petals. Excellent as an aperitif and with first courses based on fish and shellfish.
