Grapes Pecorino, Riesling, Chardonnay Vinification: In white at a controlled temperature of 16 °C and second fermentation in the bottle when reaching 100 g/lt of residual sugar at a temperature of second fermentation at 14° C. COLOUR: straw yellow with bright silver reflections. Fine perlage. BOUQUET: the nose is intense and complex with exotic fruits. TASTE: the taste is dry, warm, soft, refreshed by a well-balanced acidity.
