It is obtained exclusively from Glera grapes, a vine that finds the best conditions in the Valdobbiadene area to develop all its aromas. The grapes are grown in the vineyards owned by the company located on the Treviso hills, on the border with Valdobbiadene, on steep slopes that allow only hand-growing.Even the harvest is done by hand, with a scrupulous selection of the best grapes that are taken to the cellar to undergo a white winemaking process. We start with the soft pressing of the grapes and then leave the must obtained to ferment in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation, on the other hand, is carried out according to the Charmat or Martinotti method, i.e. letting the wine rest in large stainless steel tanks, called autoclaves. Thus was born an extra dry prosecco with a pale straw yellow color and a fine and consistent perlage. Its savory and fresh taste, with a light aromatic texture, makes it ideal for any type of occasion. The Marsuret winery is one of the historic Treviso companies for the production of prosecco. The name of the company, Marsuret, is the historic nickname of the Marsura family, which over the years has been able to maintain family traditions, handing them down from generation to generation. The passion for wine production, starting from the vineyard to get to the prosecco in the bottle, can be seen in every Marsuret product. One example is Treviso Doc Extra Dry, with elegant fruity aromas and a finely sapid, fresh and slightly aromatic flavour.
