The grapes for this aromatic wine, of a delicate straw yellow color and with a complex, elegant and musky bouquet, ripen in vineyards well exposed to the sun, from south to south-west and bring sweetness, sapidity and a very long aromatic persistence into the glass which recalls the flavors and the aromas of ripe grapes. It goes ideally with desserts and in particular with creams, fruit tarts and small pastries.
