Characteristics: bright and clear, the color has subtle pale gold reflections. The effervescence is fine and persistent. The nose combines a beautiful fresh white fruit fragrance (pear, nectarine) with airy notes of peony. With airing, the nose gains in complexity through spicier notes as well as the aromas of dried apricots and almonds. Round and generous, the palate fascinates with its lively aromas of nectarine mixed with notes of honey, saffron and pepper, enhanced on the finish by tasty bitters.Grapes: Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Noir 40%
