VINIFICATION In steel with pre-fermentation cold maceration. The second fermentation is carried out according to the Charmant Method.
TRAINING SYSTEM Low pergola, Guyot, Goblet, spurred cordon.
COLOR Straw yellow with coppery reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
BOUQUET It is immediately of good intensity, fragrant in the first white floral scents, then of sage, thyme and lavender. The fruity tones are delicate and fine in the accolades of peach, pink grapefruit, rennet apple.
PAIRINGS An aperitif wine to try with fried vegetables in batter, boiled salami. Serving temperature: 8/12 ° C.
