It is the ancestral version of prosecco, as it is made up of grapes coming from a vineyard of ancient origins. We like its elegance supported by a good acidity and it strikes us with its beautiful and lively gustatory energy. It should be served at 7-9° C, to allow the palate to fully appreciate its creaminess and freshness.

PRODUCTION AREA Vineyard of ancient origins, called Grave di Stecca. A clos on the slopes of the Pre-Alps, located a few steps from the center of Valdobbiadene. South facing.
VARIETY Glera 100%
VINIFICATION The glera grapes are harvested by hand, immediately crushed and de-stemmed, and then fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the dictates of the Charmat method. After bottling, the wine ages for 30 days in the cellar.
COLOR Straw yellow, brilliant. Dense bubbles and sweet mobility.
