Description
Vin Santo of excellence from the Cà Rugate house. It undergoes a 4-month drying process on the "picai" in order to favor better ventilation. Initially the first fermentation takes place in wooden vats, for an ideal period until the formation of a superficial indigenous flora, the "teralina". Subsequently the must is transferred to wooden containers, where it evolves and matures for another 6 years.Remarkable sweetness, amber in color, the nose shows complex aromas that expand from raisins to candied fruit, from tobacco to mineral hints.
