RAW MATERIAL White wine flavored with natural extracts of aromatic herbs and spices. Infusions of: Roman wormwood (bitter note); sweet orange, bitter orange, lemon, bergamot, cardamom, ginger (fresh citrus notes); tansy, rose, ireos (floral notes); vanilla, cocoa (warm and enveloping notes)
DISTILLATION The slow maturation in steel tanks for over two months allows the natural sedimentation of impurities. Filtration, carried out without clarifying agents or clays, keeps the organoleptic characteristics unaltered
COLOR Amber yellow
BOUQUET Great olfactory impact. Bitter, citrus and floral notes
PAIRINGS Excellent as an aperitif if served fresh, it is also good as a digestive. To be enjoyed neat, paired with cheeses. Mixed in cocktails, it allows excellent combinations. Perfect if combined with fine pastry. Serve slightly chilled in large tulip-shaped glasses.
