In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

Land

Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey limestone.

Period of marketing

January of the year following the harvest.

Vinification and aging

Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics

Straw yellow color. Characteristic, fruity aromas with floral notes and hints of melon and lemon. Fresh, pleasant and harmonious taste.

Food pairings

Excellent with all fish-based cuisine, it also goes well with delicate meat-based dishes. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif.
