Passerina 100% early harvest . AREA OF PRODUCTION Owned vineyards on the southern side of the municipality of Città Sant'Angelo. Altitude 300 m above sea level Hilly position south / south-east exposure. METHOD OF PRODUCTION Vinification in stainless steel with refrigeration of the must, static defecation without adjuvants and subsequent controlled fermentation. Initial aging in stainless steel on fine lees and final in bottle for at least 30/60 days.
