Grapes: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 1000%. Aging on the noble lees for 6 months and subsequent 12 months in the bottle. Brilliant straw yellow color, it explodes with its bouquet of citrus and yellow pulp fruit, with delicate shades of broom and wildflowers. A wine of excellent flavor and minerality. The imprint of clean freshness and acidity is completed with a good persistence and structure, a great roundness and a slightly almond finish. Ideal with cooked and raw fish, baked or grilled fish, broths, boiled or roasted white meats, pasta dishes with vegetables, legume soups, white risottos, egg-based dishes, soft cheeses. Leave the wine to rest for at least 10 days after arrival.
