over the age of thirty;
Soil : clayey limestone;
Vinification : spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats, with light skin maceration;
Alcoholic content : 12.5%;
Production philosophy : organic, artisanal cultivation with a minimum quantity of sulphins;
Aging : in steel barrels for 6 months on thin lees;
Organoleptic characteristics : intense yellow color, full and harmonious flavor with good persistence, intense fruity nose;
Notes : wine that comes from the vineyard.
