Ancient vine grown in the central Italian area. The organic wine obtained from it is pale straw yellow in colour. On the nose it is intense and elegant with floral scents, notes of white pulp fruit and delicate spicy hints. In the mouth it opens on a pleasant consistency with a slightly acidic structure that gives integrated freshness to a round finish that preserves sweet fruity nuances. Ideal pairing with fish-based dishes, or fresh pasta cheeses.
