Mille951 from the Gavi Producers Cooperative in Piedmont is made from Cortese grapes grown in the vineyards of the classic area of the Gavi DOCG region. The vines are over 40 years old and grow in sandy calcareous-tuffaceous soils. It is a fresh, bright, balanced, aromatic and fruity white wine with a floral bouquet with delicate hints of hawthorn, lemon, green apple and honey.
VINIFICATION Thermo-controlled at 12°C for 20 days. MATURATION AND AGING In steel tanks at a controlled temperature for at least 3 months on fine lees. 1-2 months in the bottle.
