DENOMINATION: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC VARIETY: 100% Trebbiano Abruzzese VINEYARD EXPOSURE: Towards South/South-West on a slight slope at 200 meters slm level in the municipality of Roseto degli Abruzzi SOIL COMPOSITION: Calcareous loam rich in skeleton YIELD PER HECTARE: 130 q.li HARVEST: Manual with selection of the grapes in the vineyard VINIFICATION AND AGING: The freshly harvested grapes are immediately destemmed and softly pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of only the free-run must in the absence of skins at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
