Our activity is limited to the cultivation of a few native vines, which we love to vinify in purity to try to characterize them as best we can in our territory in relation to the individual vintages.
With the name Bianchi Grilli we indicate limited productions of white wine born from our desire and our pleasure to explore and experiment, in accordance with the potential of our grapes. Crickets, so to speak, that we can't get out of our heads.
