Fresh, fruity and slightly aromatic, Custoza is a dry white wine, from the blend complex, soft and savory.Grapes: Garganega , Bianca Fernanda (local clone of Cortese grape), Tuscan Trebbiano.Cultivation: GujotVinification:Pre-fermentation cryomaceration, soft pressing, fermenta- tation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine stays onfine lees inside the tanks until bottling.Refinement: 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks and then in the bottle.Color: light straw yellow. Perfume: flowers and fruits with white pulp. Taste: dry, harmonious and fresh; slightly aromatic, with a crisp acidity in balance with a savory and mineral body, persistent.Pairings: not just a delicious aperitif, it is a wine that can accompany the entire meal, from first courses (pasta or soups), seafood salads and vegetarian dishes, raw or cooked fish.
