Gorgo Custoza DOC 2022 Azienda Agricola Gorgo

The history of the territory that extends between the city of Verona and Lake Garda, the passion of a family and the culture of a place translated into a wine. This is Custoza: the sign of our identity. Fresh, fruity and slightly aromatic, Custoza is a dry white wine, from the blend complex, soft and savory. Grapes: Garganega , Bianca Fernanda (local clone of Cortese grape), Tuscan Trebbiano. Cultivation: Gujot Vinification: Pre-fermentation cryomaceration, soft pressing, fermenta- tation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine stays on fine lees inside the tanks until bottling. Refinement: 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks and then in the bottle. Color: light straw yellow. Perfume: flowers and fruits with white pulp. Taste: dry, harmonious and fresh; slightly aromatic, with a crisp acidity in balance with a savory and mineral body, persistent. Pairings: not just a delicious aperitif, it is a wine that can accompany the entire meal, from first courses (pasta or soups), seafood salads and vegetarian dishes, raw or cooked fish. Serve at 10°C
