Le fratte Chardonnay Valdadige DOC 2022 - Cantina Roeno

Produced by a delicate pressing, with subsequent cold maceration of the grapes in a stainless steel press. A 100% Chardonnay from the Le Fratte grape variety, which then undergoes alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. At the end of the fermentation there is an aging of 6 months which thus creates ample and complex aromas with hints of banana, peach and exotic fruit. Rich and very fresh flavors, of beautiful elegance that lends itself to various culinary combinations.
