Pale straw yellow color with bright reflections. Subtle but clear bouquet of fresh white flowers with accents of fresh white pulp fruit fused with a very slight note of yeast. The taste is fresh, lively, quite savory, elegant with good aromatic persistence.

the CÃ Nova vineyard is located in the municipality of Zenevredo in the first hilly area, here we find vines over 50 years old.

VINIFICATION
soft pressing, vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. A first fermentation is followed by a second which gives the wine that natural vivacity which makes it particularly drinkable. It is left to refine for 3 months in the bottle before being put on sale.
