Thanks to its excellent adaptability, Chardonnay is one of the most widespread white grape varieties in the world. Cultivated in all climatic conditions and in any territory, on clayey-calcareous soils and with a temperate, warm and windy climate, it ensures great results.
Appellation: Salento IGP Chardonnay Bianco Vintage: 2020 Colour: Intense golden yellow. Bouquet: The particularly rich bouquet ranges from herbaceous hints of acacia and hay to citrus notes reminiscent of mandarin. Floral aromas follow and on the finish aromas of white pulp fruit. Taste: Its pleasant mineral base stands out in the mouth. On the finish an acid note makes it pleasantly fresh. Pairing: Structured wine, it should be paired with white meats, cold cuts, flans, vegetable pies, fish-based dishes (grilled or fried) and fresh cheeses. Format: 750ml
